This house was amazing! A perfect location and very easy to get to everything in town. Very homey feel and a perfect place to come home to after a long day on the beach!

My daughter and I had a great time staying in Monica’s camper. We were able to easily get to historic St Augustine and it was close enough to come back and forth for lunch and all. Basically like 10-15 minutes to anywhere you want to go! Highly recommend!

This is my second time staying at this property. Both times have been an absolute pleasure. The place is always clean. Just outside of town making it quiet yet close enough to be in town in minutes. Will be Back!

Evenings were pure magic—roasting marshmallows by the cozy campfire under a starlit sky. The location is unbeatable, tucked away just enough for peace and quiet yet perfectly close to all the must-see attractions. This isn’t just a stay—it’s an adventure!

Great little trailer! Monica accommodated Munster and I and are two fur babies no problem! Really great spot, super close to all the things to do in downtown st Augustine and short little drive to Anastasia state park! Would highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at Monica’s place over Mother’s Day weekend. Monica was an amazing host—very responsive and thoughtful throughout our stay. The home was super clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. One of the highlights was the stunning marsh view—it was so peaceful and serene, especially while relaxing by the outdoor fire pit. It was the perfect spot to unwind and connect. We also loved visiting our local favorites like Ragga Surf Cafe and Sunday Gathering Table. Truly a special getaway in St. Augustine—we’d absolutely stay again!

We had a wonderful stay at the Woodland Airstream in St. Augustine! The airstream was charming and cozy, perfect for a 2 night stay-cation. Our dog was right at home, enjoying the spacious yard and shaded areas, but be sure to keep them on a leash as the airstream is right by a road where cars zoom around the turn unexpectedly. The host was incredibly welcoming and ensured we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. They were clear in their instructions for check-in and check-out, and proactive in providing reminders for both. The location was perfect - just minutes from historic downtown St. Augustine, where we explored cobblestone streets and dined at local eateries. We also spent time at St. Augustine beach, soaking up the sun and enjoying the ocean breeze. Anastasia State Park was a highlight, offering beautiful, dog friendly trails where our pup had a blast.
