Monica was an AMAZING host. She was so communicative and proactive in letting me know how to check in etc. The house was even better. Just a peaceful, CLEAN, and beautiful home to relax in. The yard was very nice as well and there was plenty of room on the grounds to hang/park/chill. I can’t wait to find another excuse to come back and stay!!!

We loved our stay at the camper. It was a unique experience that our son is still talking about. Great local restaurants nearby. Not far from historic downtown yet far enough to be a peaceful retreat.

Great spot in St. Augustine. It’s the perfect distance from the action, but still far enough away to relax. The home is brand new and very comfortable. The host shared great recommendations on what to do and was super responsive. We accidentally left a Kindle behind, and she immediately offered to send it back. If you’re looking for a retreat in St. Augustine, this is the place.

We stayed here for a bachelorette weekend, and it was a fantastic stay. The location was great- Uber was extremely affordable from the location to downtown; DoorDash was fast from town to location. The property was gorgeous, the perfect palate for decorating. We enjoyed the fire pit area as well. Very pleased with this location- and a perfect hosting experience for our group.

Beautiful large house, perfect for our family. Clean, spacious. Close to everything, yet private . Monica responded to every message I sent. Would definitely recommend this house and this host. If in St. Augustine again, will choose to stay here.

We had a great time at Monica’s place. The house was very clean and comfortable to stay in. The beds were all very comfortable providing a great night of sleep. We had easy transit to downtown and really enjoyed our stay!

What a beautiful home! It was clean as can be, beautiful floor plans with so much natural light. The kitchen was equipped with every amenity a family could need for a short vacation, the bathrooms and home were equipped with more than enough clean towels, towels, and toilet paper. We were there for a very cold weekend, the air conditioning and heat were in perfect working condition, we had an absolutely wonderful stay and can’t wait to return soon! Thank you Monica

Monica was an amazing, responsive, and accommodating host. She truly cares about her guests and wants them to feel at home and that’s exactly how I felt. Staying in the RV was a fun and unique experience compared to a traditional hotel, and I’m really glad we chose it. Florida was a bit chilly this weekend, so the outdoor shower was definitely an experience! My boyfriend and I had a great, relaxing, and fun time in St. Augustine. I would absolutely come back and stay in Monica’s RV again.

It was a great stay. We booked Monica’s place as a last minute family trip to St. Augustine. I am glad we found her place. It was pristine, exactly the same as the pictures. Gorgeous place.. my kids loved the house too! We will definitely stay again when we come back to St. Augustine!
